Making a proclamation that Beyonce is the World's Most Beautiful Woman is like the Equal Rights Amendment {UNNECESSARY}. Just as I don't need a special law to let me know I have equal rights as men {14th Amendment works JUST fine for me too}, I don't need this to be declared.
I mean duh! I only hang out with beauties...
