The past two weeks have been full of lots of fun hangouts and trips to the theatre. I love plays and musicals. I was very involved in theatre in high school and have always loved a musical whether it be a movie or on stage. Two weeks ago a group of friends all got together to go see our friend, Ethan Lolley, in the Shoals Theatre production of Annie. He played Rooster. We had a little dinner downtown and Ricatonis then walked over to the Shoals Theatre which is also downtown. A perfect downtown Florence night.

The next week we all headed across the river to Sheffield for the Summer Stock at the Ritz production of Camelot. Caleb was playing the role of Lancelot. I enjoyed this show so much. The singing was unreal. Spectacular night out once again.

Everyone should go take in a show. You don't have to go to New York City to take in a show. Look to see if your local community theatre is putting on a production, check Birmingham or Memphis, or local schools. I just love the theatre and think everyone else should as well.
