I've been gone this past week to the beach with my parents and our cute, furry addition Clyde. Here are a few pictures from our week of relaxation.
A little stormy the first night.
Scary clouds.
Pretty and bright the next day.
Clyde liked the sand
Mom and Clyde before going to dinner
We ate dinner here Wednesday night.
Hanging out on the patio.
Packing up. Clyde was making sure we left none of his toys behind.
Before coming back to Tupelo, we stopped and spent one night at my brother Josh's house in Collins, MS. View from his front porch. Country living. Clyde tried to "play" with this bull.
We went out for some yummy catfish with Josh and his friends Tom and Becky, then we went to their cabin on the river for coffee and chit chat, before going back to Josh's for the night.
Then we stopped in Clinton, MS to visit my Granny Friday. Mom, Granny and I met my Aunt Shay for some shoe shopping and a Target and HomeGoods visit Friday afternoon. We made taco's and rotel for dinner Friday night and Josh drove up for dinner and my Aunt Angie joined us. We then stayed up pretty late playing a heated game of Mexican Train Dominoes.
Clyde was ready for the final journey.
We finally made it home this afternoon. It was a great week of no computer, no hairdryer...just books & frizz.
We are glad yall are home! Our family has enjoyed your vegetables.
