happy {post valentine's} friday

I hope everyone had a LOVE filled February 14.

I woke up to find a sweet Valentine card left for me by my wonderful Dad. Later on my big brother Josh came into town because he had a meeting in town today. Before dinner, he and I had a laughter filled face time session with other brother John.

Josh, Mom, Dad and I then sat down to a WONDERFUL meal of hamburger steaks, baked potatoes and salad. We have the BEST mom. 

Then we watched a little Gone with the Wind on TCM. When they turned it to a Bond movie mom and I moved into my parents room and settled into watching The Wedding Planner. Such a great day with the people I LOVE most.

1. My mother so graciously picked me up my FAVORITE thing from Sugaree's Bakery in New Albany: chocolate covered strawberries {SHES THE BEST}
2. I made a chocolate cake for Josh. Since it was Feb 14 I just HAD to use the heart shaped baking pan.

4. Mom brought home some freebie white roses that were left over from the HUGE load sent to her work & my sweet friend Anna Claire sent me a Rifle Paper Co. Valentine {I just love Rifle paper!}
