In the past few months, the THREE MAIN THINGS I can't stop pinning are cozy beds, comfy chairs & pretty bathtubs. Maybe it's because it's been winter and the thought of snuggling into the perfect space with a good book, perusing blogs, or a cup of coffee & iPad news apps seem like the best ways to spend free time. I'm not sure, but I can't get enough of them. Until recently I've never even really thought about what my "home decor style" even is. I've never really had the opportunity to move into a completely empty space to do with what I like except for college dorm rooms. I've always lived with others and their already decorated extra bedrooms or at home or in hotels.
I have come to the conclusion I'm all about cozy and comfy and lived in spaces. I'm not modern, I'm not neutral, and I'm not crafty. I like affluent but livable decor. I like dainty but functional. I like old but not outdated. I don't really know what this actually translates into exactly, but I know THREE must haves in a dream space for me: comfy cozy bed, swallow me up, snugly classic chair, and a claw-foot bathtub. I know the claw-foot tub is a long distance dream, but I WILL have one some day.
