I'm pretty sure Nicole Kidman wore that Emma Stone dress a few yrs back.

what do you think? First thing I thought was "I've seen this before"

Tweet #12
Ryan Seacrest is trying not to act out how pissed he right now.

 Tweet #13
The Academy needs to nominate more STARS. This is a boring red carpet. I wouldn't recognize most of these peeps in US Weekly.

Tweet #14
Man, Time has not been good to Nick Nolte.

Tweet #15

Ahh Meryl's sparkling in gold.

I keep having flashbacks to the awful Oscar opening last yr with James & Anne. So glad to have the master back.

Tweet #18
Such an Oscar moment right there.

Tweet #19
Emma Stone is my girl crush. I want to be her bff.

Tweet #20
Capt Von Trapp finally as an Oscar. Thank goodness.

Then he said thisLastly, a lady called Elaine, my wife of 43 years, whose bravery and beauty haunts me still.”

Then they cut to her in the audience...she is beautiful.
So pretty. via
Tweet #21
Mrs Plummer is gorgeous...Of course in my mind he will always be married to Julie Andrews.

Tweet #22
Oh I love when Billy knows what they are thinking.

Tweet #23
Meryl & Oprah are more life size oscars tonight. They need a picture with Clooneys date.

Life size statues
Tweet # 24 & # 25
"Boo. If its not George or Brad I'm not caring. "
"The thing is next yr when he comes back to present best actress...no one will care. George or Brad, we would have cared. "
So I was really hating on the fact that the frenchman won, BUT he did prove to be quite charming in his acceptance. I was a little hasty with my judgements, I admit.

Tweet #26
Ahh Mr Firth. How I love you.

Tweet #27
Yayyyyy Meryl!!!

Tweet #28
RT @VanityFair: When they called my name, I had this feeling I could hear half of America say 'Why her, again?' Whatever.” Meryl Streep accepts her Oscar.

It was a fun night! Here's to waiting for the next award show season...I'm blogging as I'm watching Joan Rivers on E!'s Fashion Police. She tells it exactly how she feels it. I love it.

Did you watch? What were your favorite moments?
