I love commercials. I just think they can be so clever. This is one of my new favorites. Toyota got funny and they also know their new market. The people who are getting married and having babies now remember the "van" as meaning life is over/get to the carpool line/long family vacas with a turtle strapped to the top. Well they are showing that the van can be cool. It can be your "Swagger Wagon"
The Clayton's have had two vans. The Chrysler minivan to be more precise. The first was a brown/tan color or as my brothers liked to call it "the Turd" (yes, we were a very respectable, well-mannered bunch)and then from there we had the sky blue minivan. We were a VAN family until we got somewhat hip with the Suburban when I was in the 4th grade. It was massive and dark green. I drove for the first time in that beast as well as spent many hours laying in the back seat as my parents and I drove through the great Western portion of the USA. We rode that coolness out until my Junior year of college when my parents finally got a new car. A vehicle says a lot about a family and I'm just going to enjoy this new commercial again and again.
